    Another quality of life mirror is the health of our nervous system. Most chronic conditions, mental health disorders, stress, and even relational struggles is due to nervous system dysregulation. Our nervous system is the operating system of our whole reality and how we experience it, especially our relationships. Our nervous system determines how we think, feel, act, respond, and our habits. This course is your nervous system 101 where many of your struggles begin to make sense! I also give you tools to incorporate that will support your journey to regulation.

    All of life is a relationship. A cornerstone in personal development and healing is knowing and understanding our attachment style. Our attachment style deterimes how we interact relationally and can influence mindset and behavior in our closet relationships. In this self-paced 5 module course we will be covering the 4 attachment styles and their impact. This framework can open up pathways to transformation in our relationships as well as assist in resetting our nervous system when healing childhood and or relational trauma.
